FAQ

What is the source of the information published on Non Disclosure?

Non Disclosure contains publicly available information and submissions that are backed up by evidence. In all cases the person against whom the allegation is made is given the opportunity to submit their side of the story.

Non Disclosure thereby serves as a central repository for information relating to incidents of non disclosure. Non Disclosure does not pass judgement, give opinions or draw conclusions.

Who can submit information to Non Disclosure?

Any person can submit information to Non Disclosure. Information submitted would be reviewed and would generally only be published if it met the criteria of being publicly available information or information backed up by evidence.
